Sperms in males and ova in females are the integral parts of creating new lives. When a male sperm meets with a female’s ovum it forms a zygote, it turns to embryo with certain biological processes. The total number of sperms present in semen is called sperm count.  The quality and number of sperms matter the most in reproduction. 

The experts consider a healthful sperm count to be 15 million in a milliliter or at least 39 million in an ejaculation.  It is not considered good for sexual life the sperm count below this number.  Generally,  the sexologists consider sperm count below 10 million per ml to be low which may lead to infertility issues.
