Cardamom – A Tridoshic Spice
We have studied about three doshas in our previous blogs – these doshas are Vatta, Pitta and Kapha. We have also read that imbalance in any of these doshas lead to many diseases. However, there is a heavenly spice found in almost every Indian kitchen that can help in balancing all the three doshas. It can be called a tridoshic spice. This spice is cardamom (illachi).
